Are You Making it Hard to be Contacted?
One of the things I have been hired to do in the past is research. I don’t mind doing it at all. I think most people outsource it because it’s time consuming and boring. I don’t think it’s boring (well I suppose depending on what I’m researching…LOL).
The point of this post is that one of the biggest issues I have with research is that if I need to contact someone but they don’t have contact information or a contact form on their site. It makes my job a little more difficult and a lot more time consuming.
So my advice – make sure you have your contact information readily available and easy to see!






Absolutely! That’s one of the first things I do when I set up a new website is create a Contact page. It almost seems a bit spammy not to have one. Makes me wonder why the person doesn’t want to be contacted.
