Google Calendar Tutorial: How to Print Individual Day

I posted what I thought would get everyone laughing at me on Facebook this morning.

I’m the happiest girl alive…I just figured out that I can print my Google Calendar with my schedule for each individual day I want to print it! 🙂 (go ahead you can laugh at me…I did! lol)

I figured people would laugh because I thought this was something that everyone already knew. But apparently from a few of the comments I received, I’m not the only one that didn’t know you could do this!

So I created a quick little video tutorial for you on how to do it but unfortunately I used CamStudio to record the step-by-step instructions but I haven’t used that software in forever so the quality of the video wasn”t the greatest. Everything is blurry.

So, instead of looking at a poor quality video here’s the instructions (or if you prefer, download the PDF file instead):

1. Open Google Calendars: If you have more than one calendar, click on the little arrow next to that calendar name. It will bring up several options. From those options, choose to display only that calendar.

2. In navigation bar choose the day option.

3. To print, choose the print option in the navigation menu. A print preview screen will pop up with different options:

  • Font size: I choose biggest
  • Orientation: I choose portrait
  • Show events you have declined: I always just leave this checked
  • Black & White: check this is you want to print it in black & white

Now go ahead and print it by choosing the print option in the bottom right hand of the print preview page.

That’s it! Easy peasy and it made me the happiest girl alive to figure this out 😉

    • Thanks for commenting Tsoniki! I didn’t realize that so many people didn’t know this. I thought for sure I was the ‘airhead’ that didn’t know you could do this. lol

  1. Hi Luis. Thank you for commenting. This happens to me also. I figured out a way to get it to print from later hours to later hours – I’ll write up a post about it.
